Project 11: Port of Houston

With almost 52-mile of the Houston Ship Channel, the Port of Houston region handles more cargo than any other port in the US.

This is why, in 2020, the Port of Houston Authority announced the expansion of the waterway, not only to maintain current employment levels, but also to create new jobs for further economic growth.

Under the name of Project 11, the port of Houston, both publicly and privately, has been growing exponentially, so much that it covers the capacity of the ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach and New York/New Jersey combined.

Throughout these three years, it has been increasingly noted that the Port of Houston has the capacity and tools to provide a quality and more efficient service throughout the USA.
